Search Help

To Find a CIAS by Name:

• Click the By Name tab to search for a CIAS by first and/or last name.
• To find a particular CIAS, enter as much of the member's name as you know. The complete name is not required. For example, you can enter "J" in the First Name field and "Smith" in the Last Name field. Or, you may enter just the last name.
• To narrow your search, click More Search Options and select a State code and/or a Primary Business.

To Find a CIAS by Location:

• In relation to a specific address, enter the complete street address and ZIP code. You must enter a complete 5 digit ZIP code. By default, search results are within 10 miles of the street address. To expand this radius, select another range in the Find Member Within (Miles) list.
• In a specific ZIP code, click More Search Options and enter a complete 5 digit ZIP code. Search results will display all CIASs for the entered ZIP code. Click More Search Options to see additional search options.
• In a particular city, click More Search Options and enter the city name and then select an appropriate state code.
